Sabal Food Product started as a company in 1985, with the aim of providing added value to cassava by transforming, processing and marketing cassava throughout the country.
It is the first manufacturing company in Belize to produce products derived from cassava tubers and to this day is widely recognised for its quality and good practices in product development.
In addition, as a more developed enterprise, it has impacted the community and villagers by providing them with employment opportunities that have improved their quality of life.
