Mr. White is the current president of the Jamaica Fisherman Co-operative Union and has experience in co-operative management and associative issues. He has also played a leading role in representing the artisanal fisheries sector at national and international levels. He has been involved in training for the dissemination of sustainable fishing practices and the improvement of livelihoods for small-scale fishers.
