Elton is a member of Orange Walk BeeKeepers Co-operative Society LTD, formed by 16 beekeepers to produce local organic honey and other by-products. He has been trained on how to relocate swarms and established colonies away from the community.

GOOD PRACTICES
- Listen attentively and apply the learnings of the elders in beekeeping.
- Keeping the members of the co-operative informed of developments in beekeeping and also giving summaries of meetings to those who are unable to attend.
- Important commitment to help members in times of need to strengthen the associativity of the group.
SOLUTIONS APPLIED
- Help Bee keepers with their apiary when they are out of district or busy to visit them.
- Inform absent members of all discussed and future events/trainings.
