Ms Rowan-Campbell has over twenty years of experience as an inspector and trainer in organic coffee production processes. She has worked as a consultant on sustainable development, gender and climate change adaptation. She has participated in advocacy and defence of the interests of small coffee producers. She has participated in the Jamaican Organic Agriculture Movement and in 2008 she was awarded by IUCN as a woman environmental entrepreneur.
