Mr. Salmon has over seven years of consolidated experience in collective green coffee bean marketing negotiations and processes. He has stood out as President of -Jamaica Coffee Growers Association- for his role in defending the interests of small coffee producers and establishing fair prices. Currently, he leads collective coffee sales processes to countries such as the USA, Canada, Japan, Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates, among others.

• Management of a producer organisation, experience in management and representative positions.

• Experience and knowledge in management and use of a commercial licence for the export of green coffee beans.

• Establishment of commercial relationships at national and international level for the marketing and collective sale of green coffee beans.

• Defending and representing the interests of small coffee producers.

• Analysing production and sales costs.
• Establishment of protocols for the construction of commercial relations that include providing information on quantities, quality, prices, delivery times.
